When a festival is active you can do the deliveries every day to get you're choice of the following - 6 spring leaves, 6 anniversary tokens, 3
summer festival tokens, 10 fall festival tokens, 12 farmer's faire tokens, or 12 yule festival tokens per box. You get 10 boxes a day so you get a
total of 60 spring leaves, 60 anniversary tokens, 30 summer festival tokens, 100 fall festival tokens, 120 farmer's faire tokens or 120 yule festival
tokens which is at least enough for a star lit crystal every day.

Brandy Wine (Golden Perch, Stock, Shire)
Swill, Forsaken Ale (Forsaken Inn)
Dorwinion White (Last Homely House, Rivendell)
A milestone bound to Forsaken Inn.
Hunters you must have the ports for Thorin's, Michel Delving, Bree, Ost Guruth, Rivendell, Tinnundir, Esteldin, Sari Kyla, West Angmar, and Misty Mountains.
Sari Kyla and Misty Mountains are both bought and require rep with Forochel/Rivendell.
Tinnundir and West Angmar are from class quests.
Last you must finish both the Ale Association and Inn League intro quests. These can only be done during a festival.
The Inn League starts at the party tree and sends you around the shire.
The Ale Association starts at the Thorin's Gate inn, it sends you to the Prancing Pony in Bree then sends you around Bree.

port to bree - pick up beers at Prancing Pony - take horse by prancing pony to the festival grounds - ride to thornely's worksite - deliver to a worker
port to sari kyla - stable to zigilzund - deliver next to the stable
port to west angmar - deliver south of the port site
port to esteldin - ride to othrikar - deliver in the center of town
port to bree - stable to celondim - ride to thrasi's lodge - deliver to the dwarf by the house
port to ost guruth - ride to ost haer - deliver near the hobbit sitting next to a tomb
Please note that if you crash while you have the quest you will need to pick up, or have it shared, one drink too few. you will also need to return to the prancing pony if you have already done that part.
