So while I totally wasn't procrastinating today, I decided I would work on some of the fishing deeds and thought I would share some of the locations of the rarer fish. This is still very much a work in progress so please leave a comment with your own findings as I eventually hope to have this be a complete guide!

Barter Fish aka Mountable Wall Trophies
There are numerous fish that you can catch that will give you mountable housing items after visiting a taxidermist. Below is the list of fish that you can get as well as some suggested locations based on kin feedback:

Rare Fish
Trout

- Brown Trout
- Bull Trout
- Cutthroat Trout

According to the wiki all nine trout can be caught in the Lone-Lands, the North Downs, the Trollshaws and Evendim with a fishing skill/level of 50+. Below are some suggested locations based on kin feedback:
- The Last Bridge in the Lone-Lands
- Rivendell in the Trollshaws
- Trestlebride in the North-Downs
- Tinnudir in Evendim
- The Lake-Town Bridge
Darter

- Redfin Darter
- Greenfin Darter

According to the wiki all nine darter can be caught in Misty Mountains, Angmar and Forochel with a fishing skill/level of 100+. Below are some suggested locations based on kin feedback:
- The pond near Gloin's Camp in the Misty Mountains
- Aughaire in Angmar
- Himbar in Angmar (the pond at the bottom of the ramp leading to Garth Forthnir)
- Suri-kyla in Forochel
Sturgeon

- Dwarf Sturgeon
- Shortnose Sturgeon

- White Sturgeon
According to the wiki all nine sturgeon can be caught in Eregion, Moria, Enedwaith, Mirkwood and East Rohan with a fishing skill/level of 150+. Below are some suggested locations based on kin feedback:
- Echad Sirion in Mirkwood
- North of Galtrev in a pond in Pren Gwydh [78.8s 17.9W]
- The puddle in Snowbourn (just opposite the training dummies near the tavern)
- North of Snowbourn in the Entwade [56S 64.9W]
- Cape of Belfalas housing area (near the docks or on the kinship islands)
- In the Hobbit Allegiance Hall
- In the Vile Maw instance
Lake Town
There is now also a deed to ctach 20 different types of fish in Lake-Town, for more information please see: https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Lake-master. The fish can be found anywhere though some suggested locations, based on kin feedback are:
- The Foutain in Felegoth
- The Lake-Town Bridge
- The Fountains in Dale
- The waterfall near Erebor
And I think that is it. As you can see it is still a work in progress but I will update it when I come across them and any suggestions you want to make on good locations will be appreciated!
