I found this guide very helpful when i was starting the hybolt dailies.

Follow it for the gear that you are wanting and it only takes a week once you are kindred with the 4 factions to get the desired gear of your choice.

Rep accelerators are a HUGE help to cutting the time it takes to get the gear aswell. They can be purchased at the skirm camps for a small amount of meds/medallions
